During the tour, guests will learn about our sustainable farming philosophy, the biodynamic practices that shape our wines, and the cultivation of the olive trees that produce our organic extra virgin olive oil.The visit continues through some of the estate’s most historic and fascinating landmarks. Guests will discover our remarkable 16th-century mill inspired by Leonardo da Vinci’s engineering designs, explore the historic olive press, and learn how generations of farmers have preserved local traditions while embracing innovation and environmental stewardship.A highlight of the experience is the visit to our cellar, where our wines are crafted and aged according to biodynamic principles. Here, guests gain insight into the winemaking process, from vineyard to bottle, while exploring the spaces where tradition and craftsmanship have been passed down through generations.The tour also offers a glimpse into the estate’s noble heritage. Once owned by the prestigious Marchesi Strozzi family, the property is home to historic buildings, timeless landscapes, and a magnificent Lebanese Cedar tree that has stood watch over the estate for nearly 300 years.The experience concludes with a guided tasting of our organic wines and organic extra virgin olive oil, served with fresh Tuscan bread.
