  • Mercato Straniero (passeggeri stranieri) il rimborso è del 100% se l'annullamento del volo viene comunicato a 2 giorni dal volo (le previsioni meteo sono molto più attendibili entro 24/48 ore prima), nel caso in cui l'annullamento avviene il giorno della prenotazione per causa maltempo non preventivata dai canali meteo ufficiali dell'aeronautica, sarà rimborsato il 70% del/i ticket acquistato/i o sarà attivata l'opzione Mercato Italiano in base alle esigenze del cliente;
  • Rimborso 100% negato nel caso in cui per cause non imputabili alla Compagnia Landing on South Italy, i passeggeri italiani o stranieri non si presentano nell'orario e nel giorno prefissato senza alcun preavviso.
 

Refund Policy 

  • Italian market (Italian passengers) there is the possibility of using the voucher purchased within 36 months of purchase in the various locations in which we operate (Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria, last option with our qualified partners in Northern Italy) after which, the voucher can no longer be used;
  • Foreign Market (foreign passengers) the refund is 100% if the cancellation of the flight is communicated 2 days before the flight (weather forecasts are much more reliable within 24/48 hours before), in the event that the cancellation occurs on day of booking due to bad weather not foreseen by the official aeronautical weather channels, 70% of the purchased ticket(s) will be refunded or the Italian Market option will be activated based on the customer's needs;
  • 100% refund denied in the event that for reasons not attributable to the Landing on South Italy Company, Italian or foreign passengers do not show up at the scheduled time and day without any notice.
