  • Rimborso 100% negato nel caso in cui per cause non imputabili alla Compagnia Landing on South Italy, i passeggeri italiani o stranieri non si presentano nell'orario e nel giorno prefissato senza alcun preavviso

  • Foreign Market (foreign passengers) the refund is 100% if the cancellation of the flight is communicated 2 days before the flight (weather forecasts are much more reliable within 24/48 hours before), in the event that the cancellation occurs on day of booking due to bad weather not foreseen by the official aeronautical weather channels, 70% of the purchased ticket(s) will be refunded or the Italian Market option will be activated based on the customer's needs;
  • 100% refund denied in the event that for reasons not attributable to the Landing on South Italy Company, Italian or foreign passengers do not show up at the scheduled time and day without any notice.
