Trekking to the nuragic village of Tiscali is a unique opportunity to venture out and discover the mystery that has been kept in this place for more than 3000 years.Walking through the woods of the Lanaitho valley, the trek follows the steep limestone cliffs of Mount Tiscali and continues by walking on the paths traced by charcoal burners in the 19th century.Passing through the karstic sinkhole, which originated 900,000 years ago when the rocky vault of the ancient cave collapsed, we finally arrive at the mysterious Village of Tiscali, built by the Nuragic civilisation (between 1800 and 238 B.C.).Not to be missed is the passage through the narrow rock crevice known as ‘Sa Curtigia’, the suggestive fissure in the rock from which we then reach the mythical village of Tiscali. From this new perspective we can admire the treasures of the Lanaitho Valley and the entire Corrasi range.
