This experience is ideal for those who wish to discover the most authentic side of Tuscany, enjoying the perfect combination of its rich winemaking tradition and one of the region’s most iconic dishes: the Florentine steak (bistecca alla fiorentina).
Before sitting down to lunch, you will enjoy two special experiences: an agronomic tour and a wine tour, offering an insight into the close relationship between the land, the vines, and the wine.Lunch will be a celebration of wine pairings and traditional Tuscan cuisine.
The highlight will be a charcoal-grilled Florentine steak, which is not included in the tour price and must be paid for separately.
The cost of the steak will be calculated according to its actual weight, determined at the time of cutting.

Starters and side dishes are prepared using seasonal ingredients freshly harvested from our vegetable garden on the very same morning.
