An authentic experience in the heart of Tuscany
This experience is designed for those who want to immerse themselves in the Tuscan winemaking tradition, enjoying a generous lunch in a charming setting among the vines or the cellar.
Before taking a seat at the table, two special moments await you: an agronomic tour to get to know our land and cultivation practices up close, and an oenological tour dedicated to the story of the wine and its connection with the territory.
This is followed by the tasting lunch, a true journey of pairings between Tuscan cuisine and our wines. The starters and side dishes are prepared with seasonal ingredients from our own production.
During the experience, four wines will be tasted, each accompanied by a carefully designed gastronomic pairing to bring out its best characteristics.
For the main course we propose a double tasting of second courses (bis di secondi), which changes with the seasons: traditional dishes such as coccio-cooked specialties and grilled sausages, or wild boar and tagliata. Several combinations for a complete, authentic and flavourful lunch.

During lunch, you’ll taste three of our flagship labels, carefully selected (wines may vary based on availability):
"USTA" Rosato IGT: a fresh, vibrant, and aromatic rosé, perfect to start.
"TIZZO" Toscana IGT: an intense and structured red, an authentic expression of the region.
"CESIRO" Vino Nobile di Montepulciano: a timeless classic, elegant and rich in tradition.
