Discover the magic of Soave Classico by pedaling through its centuries-old vineyards with our guided E-BIKE tour. An immersive experience among nature, wine and tradition, ideal for those who want to experience the area in a sustainable and relaxing way. Accompanied by an expert guide, we will cross breathtaking hillsides, white roads and neat rows that tell the story and passion of our wine. The route is suitable for everyone, even those who are new to e-bikes.

At the end of the E-BIKE tour, a tour of the winery will be waiting for you, followed by a tasting.

The tour starts outside the winery, with a panoramic view of part of our vineyards, which extend in front of the structure and already tell, with their neat rows, the soul of Soave. From there you enter the heart of the winery to follow the path of the wine: you start from the winemaking cellar, where the wines age in steel at a controlled temperature, and then visit the production room, theater of fermentation and bottling. The journey ends in the charming barrel cellar, where time and silence work together to enrich our more structured wines. Each stage tells you a story of ancient gestures, artisanal care and deep connection with the land.

We will then proceed with a guided tasting of three selected wines:

two elegant whites from Soave Classico, an authentic expression of our terroir, and a harmonious red from Valpolicella, rich in bouquet and structure. Each glass will be introduced with a brief explanation to help you grasp the organoleptic characteristics, ideal pairings and peculiarities of native grape varieties such as Garganega, Corvina and Rondinella.It is a moment dedicated not only to taste, but also to knowledge: a true immersion in Veronese wine culture.

To complete the experience, a tasting of our homemade extra virgin olive oil, fruity and aromatic, paired with artisanal breadsticks and rice crackers, designed to accompany the wines without covering their nuances. A harmonious meeting of flavors, designed to make the most of each taste.
