| Important information | Please arrive at the winery 10 minutes before the Boutique Wine Tour starts. Cancellation Policy: if your reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before the event, there will be no refund of your reservation. Before that time, you can change the date without penalty or receive a voucher of part amount to spend later or a refund the amount spent, reduced by a penalty of 5.00 euros for reservation processing fees. Minors may attend free of charge if accompanied by an adult. The serving of alcohol to those under the age of 18 is prohibited. Four-legged friends are welcome in the tasting area but are not allowed to enter the production area inside the winery, where the guided tour takes place. |

- Tour of the vineyard with surprise tastings and a historical overview of the three vines.
- Visit to the winery with an explanation of the Indigo Philosophy used to produce our sensory wines.
- Return to the property and welcome reception in the garden gazebo or inside the family farmhouse.
- Start with a tasting of two varieties of mixed bruschettas and seasonal vegetables.
- Genuine mixed cold cuts, typically Tuscan, mixed cheeses, and seasonal fruit.
- Homemade Tuscan pasta, by the women of the family, such as pici or the exquisite lasagna with ragù.
- This is followed by a sensory journey with Lemuria, the indigo wine that transforms its flavor with each taster, as guests explore unique pairings of different ingredients for an unforgettable experience.
- Participants will take part in the “glass exchange” , exploring how the wine adapts to each person differently.
